Matthew Fuller, LPC

My name is Matthew Fuller, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon.I have been working in the field for 5 years. Prior to counseling, I was a high school math teacher for 13 years. My wife is a former teacher, we have 5 children and 3 dogs together. Our family loves to fish, hike and play sports. I have always had a passion to work where I can help others. I have worked as a substance abuse counselor in a residential treatment center, an advocate for those that suffered severe traumas in a community health center and have run my own private practice. I provide counseling to individual adults, family and relationship or couples counseling. I offer a non-judgmental approach centered around building trust and rapport. I incorporate strength-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help patients identify what behaviors they would like to change, combat the negative thought patterns that are hindering them, and find a path to positive change.
