Trim-Life Weight Release
The TRIM-LIFE® Program is specifically designed for people who have tried many diet programs and have discovered that diets don’t work. TRIM-LIFE® is taught only by professional therapists, counselors and medical personnel who have been trained to help the overeater to discover the underlying emotional eating issues that may have been plaguing them all of their lives. Many people can release weight and keep it off for weeks, months and even years. However, if an emotional trigger appears in their life, a stressful event such as the loss of a loved one, loss of a job, or a divorce, the weight may suddenly re-appear seemingly overnight.
TRIM-LIFE® guides the participant to discover these triggers, these unhealthy emotional eating patterns and to change them where they reside – in the subconscious mind.
The program consists of four weekly sessions and optional follow-up support sessions.
Week 1 is about recognizing the individual food issues in our pasts.
Week 2 is about metabolism and increasing motivation for activity.
Week 3 delves into the reasons for or the source of our over-eating or choosing unhealthy foods.
Week 4 deals with stress eating and continues to explore emotional reasons for our unhealthy relationship with food.
You will also be provided with tools to recognize physical hunger and physical satiation, to eliminate cravings, to increase your motivation to exercise and to identify when emotions appear to cause physical hunger.
You will be given your personal workbook and set of CDs for home practice and reinforcement of the class work
A healthy snack will be provided as well as group and therapeutic support.
Most importantly you will release weight without feeling deprived!
