Celestial Sciolla, LPC
My name is Celeste and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in mental health since 2018. My experience includes working as a high school counselor, working in community mental health and working for an EAP seeing a wide variety of clients of all ages, genders and backgrounds. I am focused on working with individuals over 16 and couples.
Treatment Philosophy
My approach is collaborative because I believe that you know yourself better than I ever can and that between your knowledge of self and my experience and education we can work together to help you be your most authentic and thriving self. To help you achieve this goal I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools. When working with relationships I use a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help partners understand each other and refocus on their own intentions in the relationship.
I welcome all races, all religions, all sexual orientations, all genders and expressions, all abilities, all ethnicities, all bodies, ALL PEOPLE.
I provide therapy to those who may be experiencing:
Anxiety and/or panic disorder
Depression and mood disorders
Relational issues

Body acceptance issues
Grief and loss
Self-esteem and identity issues
