Hello, my name is Jamie Pierson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I have over 30 years of clinical experience in working with adults, children/ adolescents, couples, and families. I have practiced in a variety of settings including private practice, alternative schools, residential and outpatient programs.

In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is to create a safe space for clients to develop insight by exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will lead to personal growth and a sense of well-being.

I use an integrated approach using the following modalities Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
