Kristina Headrick, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Oregon City
Welcome! My name is Kristina Headrick, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with deep roots in Clackamas County, where I’ve lived my entire life. I cherish the beauty and diversity of Oregon and feel privileged to serve my community as a mental health professional since 2015.
From an early age, I felt called to support others, a calling that has guided me through my work with at-risk youth, adults, and individuals of all ages. My passion lies in helping people heal, grow, and thrive according to their unique values. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating:
Trauma recovery and PTSD
Parenting challenges, including autism parent training for children birth to age 5
Emotional and mood regulation
Behavioral interventions
Executive dysfunction
Stress, grief, and life transitions
Therapeutic Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your authentic self and work toward your personal goals. I take a person-centered approach, tailoring our work to meet your individual needs and integrating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and play therapy. I can also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients seeking trauma-focused care. I am proud to be affirming of neurodiversity, offering a safe space for individuals with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities to thrive.
What I Offer
I provide therapy to children under 12 and adults. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, navigating life’s challenges, or looking for parenting guidance, my goal is to help you live your fullest life in alignment with what matters most to you.
Outside of Therapy
When I’m not working, you can find me spending quality time with my family, playing in the yard with our dog, or curled up on the couch with a warm cup of coffee, a good book, and one of our sweet cats by my side.
I welcome all races, religions, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, and ethnicities into my practice. Everyone deserves a space to feel seen, heard, and valued.
