My name is Linda Pate. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington. I have been working in Community Behavioral and Mental Health with clients across “the life span,” since 1993.

Treatment Orientations

I believe that everyone can reach an optimum state of wellness. My approach is to create a safe space for clients to explore, gain insight and make use of the pains, challenges and pleasures of life experiences to feel more at peace with themselves and have more meaningful connections with others.

I employ a person centered, evidenced based eclectic approach using the following modalities: Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I welcome the opportunity to serve people from all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, abilities, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and am inclusive of all people without judgement.
