Mackenzie Doyle, LPC
Hi! My name is Mackenzie Doyle and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a practicing therapist for the last 5 years, working in community mental health, school district mental health programs, and now The Healing Haven.
In my free time I enjoy taking dance classes, creating in the kitchen and spending time outside enjoying all the seasons that PNW has to offer.
Treatment Philosophy:
I believe that there is great power in feeling seen, heard and valued. During therapy my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share your thoughts, feelings, challenges, fears and hopes. Everyone has an amazing collection of gems, keys and maps within themselves. My role as a therapist is to come alongside and help revive the wealth of abilities that already exist.
I strive to be authentic, warm, nurturing and holistic in my work. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, but I also draw from other approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, therapeutic arts, play therapy and family systems.
I provide individual therapy and family therapy to those who may be experiencing:Stress, anxiety, and worryDepression and mood issuesRelationship and attachment issuesTraumaLife adjustments and changeShame and guiltGrief and lossChild/Adolescent emotional challenges
I welcome all races, all religions, all sexual orientations, all gender identities and expressions, all abilities, all ethnicities, all bodies, and all people without judgment.
