My name is Taylor and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in
mental health for the last 10 years. My professional experience includes residential
services, transitional age youth program counselor, crisis, outpatient, community
drop-in center settings, and community mental health.

My approach is relationship-based creating a comfortable space while supporting you in finding yourself again or in a new way. My approach is a combination of trauma-informed, empowering, and client-centered. I believe each person knows themselves the best and what they need, it’s my role to help navigate those goals and barriers empathetically without judgment.
To meet clients where they are at in the change or acceptance process I use an integrated approach with the following modalities: Internal Family Systems (level 1 trained), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Intuitive Eating, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
I provide individual therapy and family therapy to those who may be experiencing:
